These are called Frostings by Signature; this thread is great for needle turn appliqué! It slightly lighter in weight and therefore hides wonderfully. I have been told it also has a lot less tangles and knots. They are cardboard loaded bobbins, and all three sets fit neatly on our bobbin saver ring.

Hand Sewing Sewciety Club

 I have posted a New Time for our Club night, if this isn’t good let me know and I will switch it back to the normal time. Since we now close at 5pm I wanted to try to move it up a half hour. Just let me know. Santa number 8 is here, you can pick them up at anytime. Club dues are $12.50. This is a hand sewing club, you can join any time and come to one or all, and it’s up to you. Bring whatever you are currently working on or something you want to get started on. We always have a great time just the girls, oh, yeah, Mitch too. Please shoot me a quick email to confirm that you will be attending, so I have a definite head count. No machines allowed. Judy Bradley is always here to help us out with our problems or getting us started on something new. She is almost done with her grandmother’s flower garden quilt which some of you are also learning. Come join the fun. Hope to see you there! Santa number 9 will be ready.

*** Anyone interested in starting a grandmother’s flower garden quilt, Judy will be here on August 8th 10:30am to 1:00pm to teach you how to do this hand sewn quilt. See her garden below! Please let me know if you would like to learn how to make this quilt. I only have 6 spaces available.

Creating a Wish List
  Shopping for your favorite quilting book, pattern, notion, or gift is now only a click away.

Here’s how:

  2. Across the top are tabs such as books, patterns, etc.
  3. Click on a tab and start shopping.
  4. On the top right hand of the page you can view your Wish List.
  5. At the bottom of this page you can view “Printer Friendly”. Make sure you print this out, because it is not saved for you if you leave the site.
  6. Bring to the “Printer Friendly” copy to the store and if we don’t have it in stock, we’ll special order it for you. (A deposit may be required)

And the best part, NO SHIPPING or HANDLING CHARGES when picked up at the store.
